I would consider a used leslie 2101 instead. I've had a pro3 and pro3x and
the 2101 sounds head and shoulders better than either of those. They both
have a very honky midrange-even if the x is "warmer" because of the tube(it
has a tube in the preamp). The 2101 is much cloer to the sound of a real
leslie. Of coarse your mileage may very...
I'd still seek out a 2101...
