There are jumpers inside which need to be switched for 120 / 230 V operation. I think you remove JP1 and JP3 and insert JP2. However... running the unit at 220 when it's set to 120 is usually fatal to the unit. You can try adjusting the jumpers and a new fuse to see if that works. No more harm will come of it.
