Subject:OB3squared + Nord Electro


Hi,

I want to utilize my OB3^2 as a lower manual keyboard primarily playing
key bass with 828000000 registration and the pedal tone button engaged.
The pedal tone will follow the lowest note played at any given time. I
want to use the NE61 for upper manual Hammond, EP, or Clavinet leads
and fills. I am a complete mididiot as I was out of music for 28
years. Should the keyboards be connected with a midi cable? Will this
work? I plan to use the global hard pan to send the Hammond and EP
outs to different amps. The EP and Clav will go to a 40W tube guitar
amp with a 12" speaker. The Electro Hammond will go into a Speakeasy
Vintage preamp then into a 145 Leslie. Should the LM Obie go to a
separate bass amp or will it play through the Leslie if midi'ed to the
Electro? As you can see, I'm pretty lost here.
