Moe you have spoken the truth!!!!!!! If they are an instrumentalist and have to haul and set up their own gear it is different story.

I think it's a singer thing rather than a gender thing, because
almost all of the MALE front men/singers I have worked with (who
didn't also play an instrument) were high strung flakes!
