Larry,

I just started trying out the Boss CE-5. It's got a nice clean sound
and I liked the addition right away. Like I said, I had to be
careful not to add too much or the percussion gets warbly. I found
if I keep the depth low it sounds pretty good. I like the hammond C3
setting, and the best I've got so far is leaving the V5 on the C3
setting and adding chorus on top of that. The only problem is that
the fastest rate of the CE-5 is just a tiny bit slower than the V5's
C3 setting. This creates a subtle phasing. I'd still use it, but
I'm going to try the DigiTech Multi-Chorus to see if that's any
better and return the one I like the least. I'll let you know how
that goes...
