Hi Mark, welcome to the group.
Hammond Organ Complete is a good start and covers a lot of the
basic technique but it's a bit thin on riffs. Half the book is taken
up with transcriptions to alternative keys.
Anything by Andrew Gordon is good, some of its pretty challenging but
his books are the other way and focus purely on licks and no
technique.
The best book i've found is the 7 Secrets of Jazz and Soul by Ed
Landsberg, who is a list member i think. You'll have to order it
direct from Ed. i think or via his website. This is one of the few
books that covers chord voicings for organ, which is a much
overlooked and absolutely essential part of playing a Hammond Organ
Hope this helps... cant rememeber Ed's contact details but search for
the book title and you'll find it ok.
