Hello from Kwajalein.... (90 degrees in the shade
baby! and the snorkeling is unbelievable)

Eric is right on the money...this is one of the things
the XK2 did quite well...with the Electro, I run the
output maxed, the bass maxed, the distortion at about
8:00, and the treble at 2..2:30. This helps with the
bightness quite a bit. I actually probably went a
little higher with Speakeasy/Bulldog rig, but for the
last 2 weeks its been the Electro solo, and with that
setting direct into the PA, I'm pretty happy with the
sound. I have to say while this is not the way I
prefer to hear organ (sans leslie), the Electro has
kept me pretty satisfied by itself. Definitely the
coolest standalone unit I've encountered. Am looking
forward to coming back home and hearing the leslie on
the first gigs though...hell, might have to bring out
the Hammondstore portabalized to maximize my
enjoyment!
