Hi Davide,
What happens if you don't split the upper manual, and then set the OB
to midi mode 2 , and then set your Gem to transmit on Midi channel 2?
According to the user manual the keyboard is the same as the module
apart from having keys of course.
By the way, as you have the Gem set up to play the OB, switch off
the Leslie and try some upper chords and then the same lower chords
to see what happens to the sound when the two chords are playing at
the same time.
